Underneath would like to make you happy. And satisfaction is our goal. Please let us know immediately after receipt of the products if the order is incomplete, that is at least 2 days after receipt of order, so we would know. If for
any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 10 days of the receipt date of your shipment, for a full refund

to receive a RMA# (Return Authorization Number). Credit will only be issued on
returns with a RMA#. When returning, the
product must not be used or opened, and all parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original
packaging accompanying your return in order to be eligible for refund. Used products are not eligible for any refund except for acceptable reason and 15% re-stocking fee applies.
Please include a copy of your invoice when returning the product. Returns will be
processed within 10 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the
original form of payment. Shipping Policy All orders are shipped via USPS with a standard shipping and handling
charge of $7.45. Based on the weight, which is determined on the actual shipping
time, until then we will be able to charge the difference and we’ll let our
customer know about it. Unless requested by customer we can ship otherwise: via Federal Express
or UPS and again rates will apply
accordingly. For International orders, shipping standard is $28.00 via USPS Global
Priority. We will not be responsible for international orders shipped via Global Priority. Global Priority is not trackable and has no insurance available. While if customer agrees to ship Global Express at a higher charge, we will be able to track merchandise if it gets lost and insurance are provided for orders up to $100. $100 or more will be charged accordingly. Custom charges may apply depending on country it will ship to. Again, extra charges would apply and will be determined on actual
shipping time.
